Use the Search Feature You can search the help system using terms, phrases, and wildcards. A list of topics is returned in order according to relevance. The search feature has the following characteristics: ■ Searches are not case-sensitive. ■ Searches for multiple terms retrieve only topics that include all search terms. ■ You cannot use Boolean operators such as AND, OR, and NOT in your searches. Procedure 1 Click the Search tab. 2 Type the words or phrases to search for. To search for a phrase, put quotation marks around the phrase. To use a wildcard for zero or more characters, use an asterisk. For example, configure* finds topics that include configure, configuration, and configurable. 3 Click Go. A list of topics that include your search terms appears. Each topic shows a rank number that indicates the relevance of the match.
